    I have tried both Citrix Receiver and Workspace and get the same result. If I configure to use the browser extension then it works within the browser (and therefore has the associated limitations). I have managed to find a workaround which is to launch Citrix Workspace directly (i.e. Take the browser out of the loop) and launch the session.

    When accessing the 'Device Storage' option in Store Settings within Citrix Workspace App for iOS 21.4, you may encounter intermittent crashes of the application.

    Solution

    Current workaround is to do one of the following:
    • Reset Workspace App for iOS
    • Reinstall Workspace App for iOS

    What is the default setting for Workspace app for iOS on iPhones?
    Display settings are not all the same on iOS devices, it depends of the size of the screen.
    Default display setting on iPhones is Medium.
    Default setting for iPad Pro (12.9) is custom resolution.
    Default setting for the rest of the iPads is auto-fit low.

    The decision was made to make the default viewing size set to Medium for the smaller screen devices. This can be changed within the settings of the Workspace App for iOS.
