Our Airstream Bar Trailers Are Vintage Modern & Indoor/Outdoor

Our Airstream bar trailers are pure vintage but the interiors are all modern with restaurant-quality wet bar, ice storage, prep area and shelving. (They’re also air-conditioned!) With the vintage marquee ‘BAR’ sign and the ‘Greetings from Austin’ art on the exterior of all trailers, you’re sure to add a little bit of Austin to your event. And at only 16 feet long from hitch to tail, we’re a ton of fun packed into a pretty small footprint. This allows us to be easily set up at outdoor venues. We even fit indoors at many venues including Fair Market, The Union On Eight, JW Marriott Austin, JW Marriott San Antonio and more!

Our standard Mobile Bar Package begins at $999 for the Airstream bar rental. You can rent just the Silvercloud mobile bar trailer and we’ll set up your alcohol and other beverages inside the Airstream bar trailer. Or you can add bartenders, beverages and beer and wine to any package; contact us for a custom quote.

Mobile Pop-Up Shop, Hospitality Trailer

While we serve a mean cocktail, our mobile bar trailers can also serve as mobile pop-up shops, mobile merch trailers, mobile hospitality trailer and more!

Experiential Marketing Vehicle

Take your show on the road with a Silvercloud Marketing Trailer. We offer multi-day, weekly and monthly rentals of our vintage Airstream trailers for mobile marketing tours and brand activation events. We offer many different packages to choose from with turnkey pricing and services including towing to a trailer to your multi-city event, graphics wraps design and more. Bartenders, Ice & Cups

Add two (2) TABC-certified bartenders, ice, napkins and plastic cups to your package for only $100/hr. Our servers are friendly and professional. Need mixers? We can do that, too! Our Mixer Add-On is $7 per person and includes sodas, sparkling waters, tonic and fruit garnishes.

Bartenders, Beer & Wine (including Prosecco or Champagne)

With this package upgrade, we handle everything soup-to-nuts. Package upgrade includes buying the draft beer and/or wine, pulling the alcohol permit (if needed), up to two (2) TABC-certified severs, ice, napkins and plastic cups and liquor liability insurance. Contact us for a custom quote.

The Beer Trailer

Add our 12 foot vintage silver beer tap trailer to your Airstream bar rental. It’s super cute sitting right beside the Silvercloud mobile bar trailer or place it in a different location at your event to keep your guests hydrated with up to 4 different draft beers on tap. Pricing begins at $999 for the beer trailer rental. We can source the beer or you can DIY it and provide your own.

The Prosecco Trailer

Service some champagne next to our Airstream bar with the Silvercloud Prosecco Trailer. Our super cute 12 foot vintage champagne trailer is the perfect way to make a statement during your wedding toasts and to serve some bubbly along with mixed drinks from our Airstream mobile bar trailer. Serve cider, rose and other wine along with champagne. Our flash chilled beverage dispensing system delivers the perfectly chilled drinks on tap. Pricing begins at $999 for the beer trailer rental. We can source the champagne and wine or you can DIY it and provide your own.

GIF Booth Add-On

Entertain your guests while they stand in line for drinks with our GIF Booth package add-on for only $499. This fancy, schmancy kiosk takes Animated GIFs and Boomerang pics and texts them straight to your phone and posts to social media. It even includes face tracking SnapChat filters – how cool is that?

Exterior Trailer Graphics

Personalize the exterior of the Silvercloud mobile bar trailer with your company logo or wedding logo. Pricing begins at $499 for 1 standard size logo.
